REFUND POLICY
- If a student believes they are entitled to a refund the issue should be raised with Guinea Enterprises Pty Ltd.
- If the student is unhappy with the result they may use the Complaints and Appeals process as described in the Student Handbook.
- Where a student pays a deposit and withdraws from the course more than 1 month prior to the commencement of the course, a fee equal to 5% of the course cost will be retained to cover administration cost. Any additional funds will be returned to the student.
- Where a student pays a deposit and withdraws from the course less than 1 month prior to the commencement of the course, a fee equal to 10% of the course cost will be retained to cover administration cost. Any additional funds will be returned to the student.
- Where a student has commenced a course and withdraws the RTO may agree to negotiate a proportional refund at its discretion but reserves the right to refuse a refund in this situation.
- Where a student has completed a course a refund will not be considered.
